Shipping, delivery & returns

All paintings are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

• · Ireland — 2–4 working days, tracked An Post or DPD.
• · European Union — 5–10 working days, tracked courier.

Estimates begin from the date of dispatch (within 3 working days of confirmation). Paintings currently ship to Ireland and the European Union only.

• · €6.95 flat rate tracked & insured delivery (Ireland & EU).
• · Free collection in person in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan.
• · Robin paintings — postage always included in the price.

Each piece is hand-packed and dispatched fully tracked and insured from the studio in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, Ireland. For larger works available by enquiry, shipping is confirmed individually.

If you'd prefer, you can choose collection in person at checkout — free of charge. You're very welcome to call to the studio in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan to collect your painting, meet the artist and see the work in progress. Marie will be in touch after your order to arrange a time that suits you.

Original artwork is offered with a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, in line with EU consumer rights. To return a painting:

• · It must be unframed and in its original, undamaged condition with all packaging.
• · Notify the studio by email within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return.
• · The buyer covers the cost of insured return shipping.
• · A full refund of the painting price is issued within 7 days of the work arriving back at the studio in its original condition.

Framed works, commissioned pieces and works made to order are final sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

All shipments are fully insured. If a painting arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the work, and email the studio within 48 hours of receipt so a replacement, repair or full refund can be arranged.
